Ordering, Shipping & Returns

GENERAL
- Any form of enquires will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
- Each order will be processed and delivered within 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
- Artjumma only does up to 1 round of minor edits for the illustrations, any further request for edits may be subjected to additional fee imposed.
DELIVERY
- Kindly ensure that recipient’s full and correct delivery details such as address is stated. We are not liable for any delivery delays or loss of gift during delivery for orders with incomplete/incorrect address.
- In the case where abovementioned gift is returned to us, re-delivery fee will apply for us to ship the gift again.
- Changing of delivery details are not allowed once we have shipped the gift.
DISCOUNT CODES & STORE CREDITS
- Please ensure that you input the correct promo code before checking out, if any. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date.
- Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue, no refunds or extension are made for expired store credits.
- Store credits can only be used once and not applicable for another exchange/return.
- Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
INCORRECT/ DEFECTIVE ITEM
- For defective/incorrect item received, please email us at artjumma.bb@gmail.com or drop us a whatsapp at (+65) 8940 3037 within 3 working days upon receiving the item. Please indicate the item name, order number and attach a clear picture of the area of defect.
- With the above two criteria met, we will do a replacement upon receiving the defective item.
- Do note that refund is not possible for duties, taxes or original shipping charges.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
- Sales items and accessories are non-returnable, non-refundable and non exchangeable.
- Request for exchange/ returns have to be done strictly within 3 working days from date of delivery.
- For returns, store credits will be issued with a validity of 90 days. No payment refund will be made.
- Postage charges to and fro may be fully borne by customer.
- Considering the personalised nature of our gifts, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the gifts have been delivered in good condition.
REFUND
- Our refund and exchange policy provides flexibility for your gift purchases. If you have a change of heart within 30 minutes of completing your order, we will gladly refund your entire purchase.
- For submitted and paid orders, a full refund can be issued if the cancellation request is made within the 30-minute timeframe, unless otherwise agreed upon and approved by Artjumma.
REPRESENTATION
- For printed items, placement of prints may differ for each prints.
- Colours shown may have slight variance on different electronic devices.
- Unless otherwise stated, you acknowledge that your submitted pictures and illustrations will be used for Artjumma’s marketing purposes.
TERMS OF USE
Artjumma reserves the right to amend any policy or Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
